   Subconscious Emotional Release

Most of the emotions that affect our health originate before the age of 6. The childhood memories and emotions attached to them are stored in and tightly bound to different parts of the nervous system. For example: toxic memories that have a visual component are stored in part in the occipital cortex of the brain (back of head). Researchers for centuries have noted that certain emotions are stored in the nervous system of specific organs. For example:
  1. Worry is stored in the nervous system of the stomach
  2. Fear is stored in the nervous system of the kidneys and urinary bladder
  3. Anger is stored in the nervous system of the gall bladder and liver
  4. Sadness and grief are stored in the nervous system of the pancreas, spleen, and colon
  5. Lack of acceptance is stored in the nervous system of the heart and small intestine
  6. Guilt is stored in the nervous system of the upper back and lungs. The Chinese originally observed empirically that the autonomic nerves of all internal organs traveled through specific, consistent, identifiable paths on the skin's surface which they call acupuncture/acupressure meridians.
English, French, German and Japanese researchers and even researchers in the United States have used 20th century technology to verify the existence of these nerve pathways on the skin as well as their relationships to specific internal organs. Researchers in the United States have now discovered that toxic emotions can be released from various parts of the nervous system simply by tapping on the acupressure meridian in order to stress the nervous system while at the same time, the person being tapped focuses on those sub-conscious emotions by speaking a truthful affirmation related to those emotions. Researchers in the United States have also discovered that deep rooted sub-conscious emotions held m visual memory can also be rapidly released by having the emotionally affected person move their open eyes through a full range of eye motions as they focus on the sub-conscious emotions by speaking truthful related affirmations.

The S.E.R.T. (subconscious emotional release technique) incorporates these basic principles into a system that a person can use to help release their own sub-conscious emotions. This release is desired because research has also shown that chronic physical illness either fails to resolve or resolves slowly if sub-conscious emotions are not dealt with, probably because of the relationship between these emotions and their respective organs.

It has been found that (if a person is so inclined) it is beneficial to pray before doing this process, asking God to help release the toxic emotions and heal the wounds that have resulted from these emotions.

The S.E.R.T. needs to be implemented at least once daily in the evening in order to be optimally effective. Before beginning this S.E.R.T., rate your symptoms (pain, depression, anxiety, cravings, etc.) and your conscious emotions of lack of acceptance, guilt, worry, fear, doubt, sadness, envy, jealousy (even over other peoples better health) on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being free of these symptoms and emotions and 10 relating to these symptoms and emotions being very apparent at the time. Then do the complete S.E.R.T. using each of the following affirmations, or similar ones to address the same issues. Since the vast majority of chronically ill people have either conscious or sub-conscious feelings of lack of acceptance and guilt, do not skip these affirmations. If you don't have these sub-conscious emotions, will it hurt you to do this technique? If you do have these sub-conscious emotions, and this technique helps you to achieve wellness, will it be worth your while? Dr. Cowden and others have observed that the S.E.R.T. is more effective if Liquid Needles Extra Strength is applied to the hinge of the jaw in front of each ear each day before doing this technique. After the Liquid Needles Extra Strength is applied, the following steps are to be implemented completing the whole process with one affirmation before going on to the next one.

It is important that the affirmations be done in this order:
  1. I accept myself completely just as I am, because my worth comes from myself (and God) and not from my family or friends.
  2. I forgive myself completely, even if this present health condition that I have is partly my fault.
  3. I completely forgive all those I have anger toward, especially all of my family
  4. God now releases from me all of my worry, fear, and doubt.
  5. God now releases from me all of my sadness, shame, envy and jealousy.
To begin the S.E.R.T.:

Speak the appropriate affirmation enough times to commit it to memory - with the eyes closed, not looking at this instruction sheet.

Then proceed with the following process with both eyes closed while continuing to speak the affirmation, moving on to the next noted area only when the affirmation has been said flawlessly three times:
  • Simultaneously rub two points on the chest 21/2 -3 inches below the collarbone, directly in line with the nipple, one point with each hand. This point may be located easily, because it will be tender to the touch.
  • Tap the knuckles of each hand with the other hand (one hand at a time) being sure to cover the whole knuckle area including the sides of the hand by the thumb and the little finger.
  • Tap the forehead, being sure to cover the entire forehead in a flowing manner, being sure to include the temple areas on the sides of the head between the eyes and the hairline.
  • Tap the upper jaw between the nose and the upper lip, covering the whole area from ear to ear.
  • Tap the lower jaw between the lower lip and the chin, covering the whole area from ear to ear.
  • Tap the upper chest, shoulder to shoulder.
Then while repeating the same affirmation, address emotions stored in the visual cortex in the following manner:
  • Using your eyes, look in all directions. When doing the circular motion, be sure to make the circle to the right as well as to the left.
After you have completed this whole process, reevaluate the level of any symptoms noted at the beginning of this session, and your conscious emotions of lack of acceptance, guilt, worry, fear, doubt, sadness, envy, and jealousy (even related to other peoples better health) on a scale of 1-10. It is at this time that you may decide to do further work on specific emotions or symptoms in order to bring your symptoms and toxic emotional levels down to 0-1 on the scale. If you still harbor symptoms or a toxic emotion after doing this work, it might be helpful to accept yourself, even though you have not completely rid yourself of this symptom or emotion and forgive yourself for continuing to harbor a lower level of this symptom or emotion. Through time, you should be able to bring all of your symptoms and toxic emotions to a level which is not harmful to your health and well-being.
